With a background in Law and Psychology, Angelique brings both analytical rigour and genuine emotional intelligence to every search. She doesn't just match roles — she understands people: what drives them, what holds them back, and what they need to truly thrive.

After years working across recruitment and the medical and aesthetics industry, Angelique founded RCRUIT to do things differently. No volume hiring. No shortcuts. Every search is conducted personally, with the depth and care that most agencies reserve for their largest clients.

Her clients are clinic owners, brand directors, and business leaders who need more than a recruiter — they need someone who thinks strategically, acts precisely, and stays accountable to the outcome long after the hire is made.
